Our red wines, a Berlou signature

The red wines of Domaine de Cambis express all the uniqueness of the Berlou terroir: Ordovician schist, cool microclimate, old vines. Five cuvées, from the lightest to the most structured.

Barroco, 100% Cinsault, is our UFO to drink with friends. Caudomato, the archetype of a Saint-Chinian (Carignan, Grenache, Syrah), carries the roundness and smoky note of the schist. Les Jardins Suspendus offers the silkiest version, based on Grenache and Syrah. Rock de Carignane, made from Carignan vines up to 110 years old, concentrates the quintessence of the estate. And Carnet de Voyage, in AOP Saint-Chinian Berlou, is our grand cru — aged in barrel, barely 1,200 bottles per vintage.
