Our white wines, the finesse and minerality of schist

From high-altitude plots on the schist soils of Berlou, our white wines combine the freshness of Mediterranean grape varieties with the mineral signature of our terroir.

Kalliope, an AOP Saint-Chinian wine, blends Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Vermentino. The name pays homage to Martin's Cretan great-grandmother. A dynamic, vibrant white with a persistent finish.

Le Chant des Griots, a Vin de France wine, is a micro-cuvée born in 2009 from two plots of Viognier and Roussanne. Its name comes from the Griots, Malian storytellers encountered during travels. A white wine of finesse and white flowers.

To be enjoyed with fish, goat cheese, or simply as an aperitif. All certified Organic Agriculture.
