In Berlou, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, Martin opens the doors of the estate to you. A morning or afternoon to understand how our organic wines are born on schist soils, walk through the vineyards, go down to the cellar, and taste the range in its context. Private tours, in small groups, always led by the winemaker himself.

A walk in the vineyards
Tour of the vineyard to understand the terroir: the schist soils, the enclosed microclimate of the Rieu Berlou, the grape varieties planted (Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Vermentino, Roussanne, Viognier), pruning, soil work, biological crop protection.
The cellar visit
Discovery of the vats, winemaking techniques, and exclusive access to a "brut de cuve" wine — one that will never be bottled as such.
The guided tasting
Depending on the chosen formula, tasting of 4 to 7 wines from the estate, commented by Martin. The opportunity to ask all your questions, without judgment — here, we talk about wine as we talk about pleasure.

All our tastings take place in our air-conditioned cellar, for a comfortable moment even in the heat of summer.
