Vin de France — The Winemaker's Freedom
The Vin de France designation allows Martin to explore beyond the framework of appellations: single varietal, ancestral method, atypical blends, or simply freedom of style. Four of the estate's wines carry this designation.
Barroco, 100% Cinsault from old vines, is our red UFO – light, complex, sometimes mistaken in a blind tasting for a Burgundy Pinot. Le Chant des Griots, a white wine, combines Viognier and Roussanne for a cuvée that is all about floral finesse.
And the "Back to Nature" range: two natural sparkling wines (Mourvèdre in rosé, Viognier-Vermentino in white), unfined, unsulfited, made with the ancestral method.
