Back to the Nature — Our Natural Sparkling Wines

The "Back to the Nature" range is the estate's newest addition: two natural sparkling wines (PetNats) made using the ancestral method, with no added yeast, no sulfites, and certified organic. A return to basics — grapes, time, and fermentation that continues in the bottle.

PetNat Rosé, 100% Mourvèdre, offers fine bubbles and direct fruitiness, with notes of red berries. PetNat Blanc, a blend of Viognier (50%) and Vermentino (50%), brings more aromatic tension, with notes of white flowers and citrus.

Serve well chilled (5-7°C), as an aperitif or with simple dishes. Open with caution — the pressure is lively. Enjoy young. All certified Organic Farming in Vin de France.
