The Coup de Cœur distinguishes, within each appellation, a very limited number of wines among the highest rated.

100% Syrah, plot selection on the schist of Berlou, aged 12 months in French oak demi-muids. Limited production, around 1,200 bottles.

Since when has the estate been in organic farming?

The conversion was begun in the summer of 2018 and the Agriculture Biologique certification obtained for the 2021 vintage. All the wines produced since carry the AB and Eurofeuille logos.
