Back to the Nature Blanc
Back to the Nature Blanc is the white sibling to our rosé pétillant naturel – a PetNat made of 50% Viognier and 50% Vermentino, born on the schist soils of Berlou (Hérault) with the same philosophy: zero intervention, zero artifice, one hundred percent natural.
This organic natural sparkling white wine is produced using certified organic farming methods on the schist soils of the AOP Saint-Chinian Berlou appellation. Bottled directly during fermentation, without added yeast, sulfites, or filtration, the effervescence develops naturally in the bottle, capturing all the vitality of the grape at its peak.
Terroir & Grape Varieties
A blend of 50% Viognier and 50% Vermentino, grown using organic farming methods on the schist soils of Berlou (Hérault, 34360), at over 300 meters above sea level in the Languedoc. The complementarity of the two grape varieties – Viognier for intense floral aromas, Vermentino for vivacity and freshness – produces a natural sparkling wine with a rare aromatic richness among the organic wines of Languedoc.
Aromatic Profile
An aromatic explosion of Williams pear, peach blossom, and lychee – the signature of Viognier and Vermentino combined on schist. The palate is fresh, slightly creamy, with a delicate effervescence that carries the aromas long. A clean finish, with citrus and white flowers – a natural sparkling white that transports you to the garrigue of Domaine de Cambis.
