In spring, when nature blooms and the vines sprout their first leaves, the Berlou valley is stunning and reminded us of the famous Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
Wherever you look, you can see green vineyard plots scattered throughout the surrounding garrigue!
Made from Grenache and Syrah, this fruit-forward and rounded cuvée reveals character through its finesse.
On the nose: garrigue flowers, while on the palate, you first encounter the typical freshness of our wines, which then gives way to a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
You’ll discover a lovely fruitiness highlighted by spicy notes.
This wine can be enjoyed year-round, paired with meats and saucy dishes, or even with fresh pan-seared foie gras with an apple compote.
It also pairs wonderfully with more exotic dishes, such as lamb tagine with quince.
