A Natural Sparkling Wine (PetNat) of 50% Viognier and 50% Vermentino

This PetNat is a pure expression of fermented grape juice, made with no added yeast, no sulfites, and no filtration—bottled exactly as it is. It’s an explosion of fruity pear notes, best stored upright and served very chilled (3-4°C).
